These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover a training booking, which is governed by the written agreement we put in place with you.

About the course listings

Programmes marked as published are those we run regularly. Everything else in the catalogue is delivered on request, which means we will confirm a facilitator, a date and a venue with you before anything is booked. A listing on this site is a statement of what we can deliver. It is not an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a quoted price.

Fees and dates

This site does not publish fees or scheduled dates. Both are confirmed to you in writing in response to an enquiry, and only a written quotation from us is binding.

Accuracy

We keep the content here current, but course outlines evolve. If anything on this site matters to a decision you are making, confirm it with us in writing first.

Cancellation and substitution

Substituting a different delegate is free at any point before the course starts, and is usually the simplest answer when somebody cannot make it. Tell us the new name and we reissue the joining instructions.

Cancellation terms are set out in the written confirmation we send you when a booking is accepted, because they depend on the programme, the venue and how close to the date you are. Read that document before you commit. If a term in it does not work for your organisation, raise it before the purchase order rather than after.

If we cancel a scheduled course, which happens when a public date does not reach a viable group, you get the full fee back or a transfer to another date, whichever you prefer. We tell you as early as we can rather than holding on and cancelling at the last minute.
